8/24 - 8/31  Vacation and Sabbatical Prep.

9/1 – 9/5  Israel – Pilgrim House on Sea of Galilee

9/5 – 9/18     Turkey – St. George’s College course on St. Paul

9/19 – 9/22  Budapest, Hungary.  Susan, Chris and Sarah arrive. Huba Nagy’s cousin is guide

9/22 – 9/29  Munich, Heidelberg, Rhine River (at a Castle for our 35^th Anniversary), Cologne,  [Bob worked with Pennsylvania Dutch (Germans) as a teenager]

9/29 -10/1    Paris (Sarah’s friend with new baby, Chris has never been there)

10/1 -10/3    Edinburgh

10/3  Chris and Sarah depart for USA

10/3 -10/6     Iona

10/6 – 10/8  Lake District – research Hugh Cowperthwaite, born 1642, came to USA 1664 – Bob’s ancestor

10/8 – 10/15    York and Yorkshire

10/16 – 10/19   Italy  (Susan’s roots) – “Protect the Cinque Terre” outreach

10/20 -10/24    Umbria

10/24 – 10/30  Tuscany

11/1 -11/16  Jerusalem – St. George’s College “Palestine of Jesus” course

11/16 – 11/21  Israel – outreach/ peace & justice work ???

11/21-22   Fly Home

11/22    Pry Bishop away from Mark, Martha and Charlie Basenberg

11/24    Travel to North Carolina for Thanksgiving with Bob’s family

11/29     Travel to St. Augustine to re-connect with Susan’s family

12/6  First Sunday back at St. Paul’s!!!  (Welcome Home Reception, 4:30pm)
